We are the first and the leading high-tech enterprise in solar cell packaging equipment industry of China. The established company plays the exemplary role in design and fabrication of photovoltaic equipment in China.
Founded in June 2000, Orient has successfully produced the first clamshell laminator, the first large-sized laminator, the first pressure-regulating laminator, the first full-automatic laminator, the first multi-layer automatic laminator etc. in China PV market. These products filled up the gap of domestic solar cell assembly line, which relied on import originally. Currently，Orient is the biggest supplier of solar cell assembly line and has contributed significantly to the fast growing solar industry in China.
Orient has acquired 17 national patents, including one invention patent. We are the only one company who possess the biggest quantities for the national patents in this industry. Orient passed ISO9001 Quality System Certification and CE Certification. Since 2006, we are awarded as ’national high-tech enterprise’, ‘technology growth enterprise’, and ‘exemplary enterprise applying advanced technologies to transform traditional industries’ by central and local governments many times.
Orient has more than 600 employees, among them, there are 200 employees have bachelors degree and 6 have masters degree. The company’s sales amount have exceeded 400 million yuan with the net profit reaching 60 million yuan.
To meet the market demand, Orient has started the infrastructure project in phases. Phase one is for research, design and manufacturing of new PV equipment. The company acquired 33,500m2 of land, including administration and R&D building, which occupied 3,500m2. The company will acquire another 80,000m2 of land in phase two to build world-class PV equipment assembly line. Phase One has been completed and put into practice. These projects demonstrate the company’s strength, they are the milestone of the company’s growing-up history.
