SZ-SD2225 Glass straight-line double edging machine is suitable for grinding two parallel straight-line edge of flat glass, rough, fine and polishing at one time, its feature of high precision, efficiency and secure .the lathe bed use the double straight-line guide rail and ball-bearings, the drive is smooth and reliable. The product adopts the PLC control, speed control by transducer. Set parameter via the intelligent interface. Finish to work at one time, the operation is easy and convenient.
SZ-SD2215/25/30/40 available in different models (from 1500mm to 4000mm width), each of which is equipped with 22 spindles (11spindles per side with safety corner cutting)
SZ-ZB4 is equipped with 4 spindles, which is well working for edging and 45 degrees arrising on various size and thickness of glass sheets. The Rough grinding, fine grinding and arrising could be finished at one time. The same thickness of sheet glass could be continuously processing, so that allow to have a bulk production for the pre-processing before tempered, insulating, laminating and other further processing.
SZ-W26 glass washer & drier adopt horizontal structure, the flat glass placed on the conveyor roller, passing in-feed section, washing section, drier section, and out-feed section. Glass washing and drying machine is used for cleaning and air-drying of flat glass panes. There are various types available for different glass, float, coating and low-E glass. Washing and drying sections can be elevated or lowered as a whole with PLC. Only in this way will come off satisfactorily.
SZ-XB251 is designed for beveling and side edging of glass sheet with various size and thickness. The rough grinding, fine grinding as long as polishing are able to finished at one time, the processing speed is adjusted by variator which offers a wide range of speed selection; input and output conveyors adopt timing belt which can improve the stability of transmission; PLC and digital display are available for optional.
SZ-ZK130 Glass drilling machine is a cold processing machine which is easy to drill holes on sheets of glass and is equipped with upper and lower drilling bit. An automatic cylinder drives the lower-drill bit while the upper bit is operated by manual. Holes of different sizes can be achieved with bits of differentdiameters. this machine works efficiently, it has low glass damage and is easy to operate.
SZ-YB1 inter &external shape edging machine applies to grind and polish for shaping peripheral edge of circular , ellipse and irregular flat glass , and also applies to semi-automatic grinding for circular and elliptical glass . Using different shaping grinding wheels can obtain the half- round, flat or OG edges of glass.
It is equipped with three automatic sandblasting guns, which controlled by programers, and also one more gun for manually, so that be available for both bulk production and single peice processing.
SZ-DJB9 is able to grind and polish the miter angle on glass, with side edging & polishing and rear seaming, all above process can be worked on same time. The control system applied with Mitsubishi PLC control unit. Input and output conveyor adopt timing belt which can improve the transmission precision. The processed glass surface is very bright and smooth, approaching the original glass surface.
SZ-BG1015 is covenient to operate and specalized in grinding arris of flat glass before tempered, laminated and other further processing
