Insulating glass units shall consist of two or more lites of glass separated by a desiccant filled roll-formed aluminum or steel edge spacer with 4 bent corners and zinc plated steel straight key joint to provide a hermetically sealed and dehydrated space. The spacer contains a desiccant – molecular sieve which eliminates moisture in the cavity. Insulating glass shall be dual seal with a primary seal of black (or gray) polyisobutylene (pib) and a secondary seal of black (or gray) silicone or polysulfide. The combination of two panels of glass and trapped air is what makes an Insulating glass a superior energy efficient method of glazing. The whole unit is hermetically assembled by a double barrier sealant.
An Insulating glass with a Low-E coating effectively enhances performance. The heat insulation effect could be further improved if Argon or other special gases are filled in the cavity.

Products Overview
Low-E coated glass is a 2.5-25μm wavelength range of infrared radiation COSCO high reflectivity coating glass, the products have a high visible light transmission rate, at the same time infra-red has a strong role in blocking, it has good insulation properties, in the summer to prevent too much sunlight can enter the room, the indoor winter heat spillover block to meet the energy requirements.
LOW-E glass is an effective energy-saving principle of the radiation so that the rate of glass E value from 0.84 down to 0.25 below.
