Technical characteristics
1. The production line adopts PLC centralized control, touch screen display operation. Program design is reasonable, a high degree of automation, simple operation.The associated speed of each section has good articulated,smooth running,accuracy and good synchronism.
2. Washing and drying machine is key equipment of the whole line.According to the thickness of glass, the device can adjust automatically the upper rubber roller,brush roller,air knife and so on lift;with digital display.The upper part can lift integrally to 400mm,easy to clean and maintain.Brush rollers are drived separately by upper and lower a motor,the upper brush roller decorates two hard brushs lifting cylinder and a piece of soft brush,which can clean hard LOW-E glass and coated glass, no damage to the coating surface. Equipped with two pairs of stainless steel air knives ,fans set up muffle cotton and inlet filter with large air volume,less noise,good drying effect.
3. Laminator room is equipped with close piece platform,lifting universal wheel frame,position cylinders,film paver machine and scissor suction hanger;convenient to operate pieces and large piece of laminator. Positioning laminator will be automatically transferred to the front of laminated roller in a high-speed via transition conveying section,then automatically change speed to run the same speed as laminated roller squeezer, which can soon make room for laminator of next glass.
4. The structure of laminated roller squeezer is reasonable, easy to operation. The main transmission adopts frequency control,gear transmission.Using quartz febrile tube to heat,the machine running is stable and reliable, centralized control by laminator room.Large pressure roller gap adjustment adopts encoder control, displayer displays gap between large pressure roller,operation is simple and intuitive.

Glass washing and drying machine is used for cleaning and air-drying of flat glass panels. There are various types available for float glass , coating glass and low-e glass with thickness ranging from 1mm to 50mm and the width ranging up to 3250mm. Washing and drying sections can be elevated or lowered as a whole with digital display. Customized machines are available.

Double Edge Grinding Machine MB2500B-20 altogether has 20 grinding heads (10 heads in each side). In each side, there are 3 heads for straight line grinding, 4 heads for chamfering and the other 3 heads for straight line polishing. In order to meet the stricter requirements of polishing quality and processing speed, this type has greatly improved its design and structure by widely assimilating the foreign glass grinding technology. It also adopts high-precision linear guide rail with Taiwan ball bearing screws to make sure precise grinding and stable operation. The control system uses SIEMENS PLC with man-machine interface by touch screen. Conveyor device uses transducer to adjust the transmission speed.

Why tempered glass break?
Tempered glass could have spontaneous breakage without receiving any external force, which is the nature of tempered glass. The reason comes from nickel sulfide inside the glass. Nickel sulfide is α~Nis in high temperature during the heating section. When cooled rapidly, α~Nis can not change correspondingly to β~Nis of low temperature. The morphic transformation will last for ten of years which lead to spontaneous breakage.
What is Heat Soaking?
Heat Soaking is a destructive process in which a pane of tempered glass is subjected to temperatures up to 280° C for several hours over a specific temperature gradient to induce fracture. This test insures that if there is probability of breakage then the infected panes break inside the furnace at the factory itself. Up to 95 % Nis infested panes are usually destroyed inside the heat soak chamber at the factory premises and hence reduce the chances of onsite breakages. The machine is characteristic of computer in-process monitoring and controlling, multi curve display, data storage, record check and curve printing. Extended functions like low temperature frit drying and pre-pressing of bending lamination glass. Customized machines are available.
