The Glasstech EPB-S tempering/heat strengthening system was developed to produce very high quality bent parts economically, with an emphasis on creating highly accurate shapes while minimizing tooling costs. Horizontal Tempering Furnace Series

I. Brief introduction of working principle and structure
This machine is composed of Loading Section, Heating Section, Quenching Section, and Unloading Section.

 There are uniformly installed many quartz ceramic rollers in the heating section. The rollers are excellent in linearity, roundness and heating deformation. They can make the glass avoid to be distorted when heated. The control method in the heating section is intelligent module and PLC.

 Inside the heating furnace, there is equipped with force convection device to make the glass have the consistency and stability within the heating prophase period. It can basically solve the question that the glass explodes in the furnace when heated. For protecting the quartz ceramic rollers, we add the SO2 gas protection system.

 The quenching section is composed of high-pressure blower, blades, and drive system. The blades in the quenching section make the cooling-air blow evenly on and below the glass surface. The distance between the blades and glass is adjustable.Glass is laid in the loading section and taken out from unloading section.

 The characteristic is high production efficiency, excellent quality, and low energy consumption.

Brief introduction of Glass Machinery Manufacture

This furnace is mainly used for manufacturing Glass Machinery Manufacture for domestic electrical appliances, decoration and large size Glass Machinery Manufacture for buildings or other use.

It is composed of Loading Section, Heating Section, Bent Quenching Section, Flat Quenching Section, Unloading Section, Blowing System and Electrical Control System.

The normal disposal of horizontal Glass Machinery Manufacture is that flat and bent air bars are beside the two end of Heating Section. When it is producing bent glass, glass goes from the Loading Section, through the Flat Quenching section, then heated in the Heating Section, when it is heated to a certain temperature in the heating section, then quickly out and enters into the bent quenching section to finish formation and quenching. When it is producing flat glass, glass goes from the other end of the Heating Section to enter the Heating Section, after goes out of the heating section, enters the Flat Quenching Section to be tempered, then unloaded on the Unloading Section.

The construct specialty of this machine is: have bidirectional moving function, can highly improve glass quality.

Basin Tempering Furnace

I. Usage
This machine is recently specially designed and manufactured for glass basin manufacturing factories. It is used for glass basin��s bending and tempering. This machine applies new technics of one-off formation by heat bending and tempering.

The machine is specialized in processing tempering glass of L\U\Z type, such as teapot glass and fish jar glass. The flat glass can be heated, bent and tempered to the destination type  one time. The feature is high quality, high rate of finished products and low self-explode.
